As a brand new charity, the London Pathway has an urgent need for funds:
to develop our long term plans
to support our small core operation, including paying the salaries of our unique Care Navigators
to support new Pathway teams in other hospitals
to build our 'dignity fund', money we use to meet patients basic needs while in hospital and to help them when they leave (clothes, toiletries, shoes, books, etc)
